The following information provides details on the Sili-Mitts Optional 6-Month Extended Warranty.
Life Quintessentials offers an optional 6-Month Extended Warranty. This limited warranty extends only to the original purchaser whom must have registered for the extended warranty before making any claim.
Any extended warranty services or questions must accompany the order number from the transaction through which the warranted product was purchased, along with proof of extended warranty registration, which is emailed to you upon registration. You must retain the order number and extended-warranty registration as this serves as your proof of extended warranty coverage.
Life Quintessentials will offer no warranty service without this information.
Life Quintessentials warrants this product against defects in materials or workmanship for 6-months from the original ship date. During this period, Life Quintessentials will replace your Sili-Mitts Silicone Oven Mitts, without charge to you.
As an example, if you purchased the product on May 1st, but the product was not shipped out to you until May 3rd, the warranty will take effect from the shipped out date of May 3rd, not the purchase date of May 1st.
The shipped out date is not the date of receiving the product. It is the specific date the item was initially shipped out, regardless of the shipping options you choose (standard, expedited, etc.).
6-Months equals six calendar months and expires six months, to the day, from the date of the product being shipped out. That means, as an example, if your shipping date is May 3rd, then the expiration date of the extended warranty is Nov 3rd.
The optional extended 6-month warranty covers the Sili-Mitts product against defects in materials or workmanship.
Should they ever fail to provide satisfaction because of defects in materials or workmanship, we will replace at no cost to you. This warranty does not cover abuse, misuse or mistreatment of the product.
To correct any problems with defects in material or workmanship, please first email customer support at firstname.lastname@example.org and in that email include the "Extended Warranty" form that was provided to you via email when you applied for the extended warranty. This form will need to be filled out to include the original order information (proof of purchase).
You will also need to include a description of what the problem is and a picture or video of the problem. The picture or video may allow us to approve your product replacement without you having to ship it back to us first.
Once we receive your request, a customer support expert will follow up with you within 24 to 48 hours (not including weekends or holidays).
If your claim is approved, we will ship out a replacement set to the original address that the product was shipped to, when first ordered.
If the request is not approved, the reasons why will be included, and you may be required to send the product back for inspection first.
This optional extended 6-month warranty covers product replacement and does not include refunds.
